Steps to make 蕃茄炒蛋

  • 1.蕃茄洗净后开水烫过去皮切成小块、鸡蛋加入少许盐打散、葱姜切碎备用;
  • 2.起炒锅倒入适量的植物油烧热,放入鸡蛋翻炒成块状,盛出备用;
  • 3.再次倒入适量的植物油放入花椒粒炒黄捞出;
  • 4.放入葱姜爆香;
  • 5.放入番茄块翻炒片刻,倒入生抽和一勺蕃茄酱翻炒片刻;
  • 6.倒入适量的开水,倒入1小勺花雕酒和1小勺细砂糖翻炒出沙;
  • 7.放入少许盐和炒好的鸡蛋翻炒均匀盛出;
