【苏菜】---烩三鲜
烩三鲜是江北地方人家过年或是宴席上必不可少的一道菜。
成菜口味鲜美,营养丰富。

  • 料酒5克

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.炒锅倒油爆香葱姜,
  • 3.倒入除青菜外的所有的食材翻炒均匀。
  • 4.加入料酒炒香。
  • 5.加入鸡汤。
  • 6.烧煮5分钟。
  • 7.加入适量的盐。
  • 8.在加少许白糖。
  • 9.加入胡椒粉继续烧制2分钟入味。
  • 10.这时可在另外的锅中把青菜焯烫过凉放在盘底备用。
  • 11.把火腿放入翻炒一下
  • 12.加鸡精,浇入少许水淀粉勾薄芡,把三鲜浇在青菜上即好。
