烤箱版鸡肉可乐饼

Steps to make 烤箱版鸡肉可乐饼

  • 1.主料;土豆、鸡胸肉、洋葱比例:2:1:0.5
  • 2.土豆去皮切块上锅蒸熟;
  • 3.鸡肉剁成泥;
  • 4.洋葱切碎;
  • 5. 锅中加点油烧热,放入洋葱粒炒到略微焦黄;
  • 6.加入鸡肉泥炒到变色;
  • 7.蒸熟的土豆压成泥;
  • 8.加入炒好的洋葱鸡肉,加适量盐、胡椒粉和少许白糖拌均匀;
  • 9.准备好面包糠、面粉,鸡蛋打散成蛋液;
  • 10.取拌好的土豆泥做成小饼,先沾一层面粉;
  • 11.再沾满蛋液,然后沾满面包糠;
  • 12.全做好放烤盘中;
  • 13.烤箱预热180度,烤30分钟;如果想烤的快一点,也可以用高温一些~
  • 14.到可乐饼金黄就可以了。
