玫瑰花饼干
一直喜欢玫瑰花的造型,做了很多这个题材的,但是饼干还是头一次,属于学习实验阶段的,花瓣没有很好的整理,边缘太厚,影响些效果,我把学做过程记录下来,供大家参考。喜欢玫瑰花的朋友们可以试试。

  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 白糖30克
  • 红曲粉5克
  • 黄油60克
  • 鸡蛋液32克

Steps to make 玫瑰花饼干

  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化后,加入白糖
  • 3.打发至蓬松
  • 4.再分三次加入鸡蛋液,打发至黄油与蛋液完全融合一起。
  • 5.低粉红曲粉拌匀。
  • 6.红曲粉和低筋面粉拌匀,加入打发的黄油里一起搅拌,
  • 7.和成面团
  • 8.面团擀成3mm左右后的薄片,用圆形模具印出小圆。
  • 9.4片叠在一起
  • 10.由下向上卷起
  • 11.用刀在中间切开
  • 12.整理玫瑰花型
  • 13.全部做好依次放入烤盘
  • 14.烤箱预热170度,放中层烤20分钟,拿出
  • 15.好看吧
  • 16.装在篮子里也漂亮
  • 17.成品
