葡式蛋挞
这是第一次做蛋挞,因为用的是蛋挞皮,所以几乎没啥技术含量

葡式蛋挞是澳门小吃中最有名的,特别讲究烘焙技巧,深受食客们的喜爱

也是周边朋友们平日的大爱,但外边卖的可没自己做的实惠哈

咬一口蛋香、奶香四溢,口感酥脆又嫩滑

我还特意买了包装盒,做好啦送人忒有面子啦

  • 蛋挞皮8个
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 牛奶70克
  • 炼乳85克
  • 低筋面粉6克
  • 细砂糖25克

Steps to make 葡式蛋挞

  • 1.将牛奶倒入小锅中
  • 2.倒入炼乳
  • 3.加入细砂糖
  • 4.加热至白糖完全融化
  • 5.倒入蛋黄
  • 6.用筷子搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉
  • 8.用筷子搅拌均匀
  • 9.蛋挞皮摆入烤盘
  • 10.将蛋挞水过滤至蛋挞皮中
  • 11.八分满即可,烤箱中层200度,烤制25分钟左右即可
