纪念一周年---草莓冻芝士

  • 蓝风车奶油200g
  • 奥利奥饼干50g
  • 黄油30g
  • 草莓300g
  • 砂糖100g
  • 牛奶30g
  • 吉利丁片2片

Steps to make 纪念一周年---草莓冻芝士

  • 1.先制作草莓酱草莓洗净去蒂,撒60g砂糖
  • 2.用勺压扁腌1小时
  • 3.微波炉中高火3分钟后,倒出草莓汁(约100g),其余的酱高火10分钟叮至浓稠状态,放凉备用
  • 4.蛋糕底的制作:黄油隔热水溶化,饼干削去中间馅料,放入较结实的塑料袋内,擀成碎屑,加入黄油拌匀,铺模具底部,压平实后入冰箱冷藏备用
  • 5.奶油倒入无水无油的打蛋盆中,加入25g砂糖,打至7分发
  • 6.奶酪加入隔热水软化后,加入15g砂糖,用打蛋器打至细滑无颗粒
  • 7.草莓酱加入芝士糊中,搅拌均匀
  • 8.泡软的吉利丁片1片,加入30g牛奶中隔热水溶化后,倒入芝士草莓糊中,搅拌均匀
  • 9.将打发的奶油加入芝士草莓糊中,翻拌均匀
  • 10.将芝士糊倒入冷藏后的模具中,放冰箱冷藏4小时
  • 11.余下的1片吉利丁片,冷水泡软后,放入草莓汁中,隔热水溶化后,冷至温热
  • 12.将草莓汁倒在冷藏后的芝士糊上,放冰箱继续冷藏1小时以上即可
