Steps to make 凉拌鸡丝

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.鸡肉加葱段 ,姜片,料酒,盐,鸡精抓匀冷藏腌制半小时左右。
  • 3.香菜洗净切段,黄瓜洗净切成丝。
  • 4.腌制好的鸡肉取出开水锅里大火蒸十分钟左右放凉。
  • 5.放凉的鸡肉拆成肉丝。
  • 6.加入黄瓜,香菜。
  • 7.再根据自己家的口味加入盐,醋,辣油,香油,白糖,熟芝麻。
  • 8.拌均匀就可以。
