晚夏的清凉月饼-----薄荷豆沙月饼
虽然还不是那么凉爽,但我们都知道,夏天已经在慢慢过去了,那就抓住夏天的尾巴再用上沁人心脾的薄荷吧。

家里的薄荷实在太多了,现在不管做什么都会想想能不能用上薄荷,今天是中秋节,月饼是中秋节时一定要吃的,薄荷跟月饼能结合在一起吗,我试了试,味道还比较独特,因为薄荷用得比较多,所以薄荷的味道还蛮重的呢,送了几个给朋友吃,得到夸奖挺开心。

Steps to make 晚夏的清凉月饼-----薄荷豆沙月饼

  • 1.新鲜薄荷叶清洗干净。
  • 2.加一些水将薄荷叶打成汁,过滤出汁液。
  • 3.将薄荷汁、油、炼乳和白糖倒在碗里,搅匀。
  • 4.倒入糯米粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 5.揉成面团。
  • 6.将面团蒙上保鲜膜,上锅,水开后蒸20分钟。

  • 8.收口后放入月饼模里,压出即可,直接吃就可以,也可以放冰箱冻凉后再吃也不错。
