    Steps to make 法式葱头酪汤

    • 1.材料:洋葱、面包片、奶酪、面粉调味:香叶、黄油、鸡汤、盐各适量
    • 2.将洋葱洗净切丝。
    • 3.平底锅放入黄油烧热,放入面包片煎成两面焦黄,取出控油,切丁。
    • 4.面包丁放入容器内,将奶酪放在面包丁上。
    • 5.锅置火上放黄油烧热,放入面粉炒香。
    • 6.放入洋葱丝炒香,加入香叶,倒入鸡汤。
    • 7.大火烧开,放入盐、鸡粉。
    • 8.浇入放有奶酪、面包丁的碗中即可。
    • 9.特点:咸香适口
