  • 大蒜2瓣

  • 牛至叶1勺
  • 罗勒1勺

Steps to make 自制比萨酱

  • 1.500克番茄放开水里烫一下去皮后切成小块,洋葱切丁。
  • 2.小火融化黄油。
  • 3.放入洋葱和大蒜碎翻炒至变软。
  • 4.然后倒入番茄翻炒。
  • 5.翻炒至番茄出汤汁的时候加入一勺牛至叶和一勺罗勒。这里使用的牛至叶和罗勒都是干香料哦!加入香料后盖上盖子小火焖15分钟,在焖的过程中要打开盖子翻炒几次以免糊底。
  • 6.然后加入盐和少许糖调味。在大火翻炒几分钟收一下番茄的汤汁。炒至干干的状态即可。因为做比萨酱,水分不能过多。这款酱也可以用来做意大利面的酱哦!炒好的酱密封冷场保存,可以保存3-5天。
