家里有一吃货,辣椒控,就喜欢吃辣的东西,于是乎,害的我天天陪他吃辣椒,线辣椒炒肉丝也是偶然间想到做这个的,他说吃出了饭店的味道,嘿嘿,好开心,不过这道菜真得很好吃,尤其是陪着米饭,简直是饭遭殃啊,这货竟然不知不觉吃了三碗米饭还不过瘾

Steps to make 线辣椒炒肉丝

  • 1.将猪肉和大葱洗干净,分别切成丝。
  • 2.将线辣椒洗干净,切成丝,用冷水将线辣椒籽冲洗掉,盛出,装盘备用。
  • 3.起火,倒入适量花生油,待油热后放入肉丝翻炒。
  • 4.炒至肉丝熟了(变为金黄色)后放入葱丝继续翻炒。
  • 5.翻炒至能够闻到香喷喷的葱香,倒入线辣椒,继续翻炒。
  • 6.待翻炒均匀后倒入适量酱油,继续翻炒。
  • 7.酱油翻炒均匀后倒入适量盐,继续翻炒,火稍微大一点。
  • 8.翻炒至线辣椒八分熟的时候放入适量鸡精,继续翻炒,待锅中水分干掉之后盛出。
