豆沙卷
不少人喜欢吃豆沙包,咬一口就是香甜的豆沙馅。但是我妈和我说,一大块的馅儿,吃起来有点腻。好吧,为了老人家,就换个做法,而且这个做法更快,更适合新手操作,蒸出来的豆沙卷会很光滑光滑的。只要将面皮儿擀成一大片,抹上豆沙馅,再卷起来,切成块儿即可。不少新手会败在不会擀圆面皮,不会包包子上,就试一下做成豆沙卷吧。

  • 奶粉10g
  • 细砂糖15g

  • 酵母2g
  • 豆沙150g

Steps to make 豆沙卷

  • 1.面粉、奶粉和糖放在盆里
  • 2.酵母溶于温水里,倒入盆里,边倒边用筷子搅拌成絮状
  • 3.和成比较粗糙的面团,盖上保鲜膜,静置5-8分钟左右
  • 4.继续用手和面团,就可以很轻松地和成光滑的面团了。放在温暖处发酵,面团发酵两倍大。家里有烤箱的可以选择烤箱的发酵档即可。大概发酵60分钟
  • 5.发酵好的面团取出排气,揉啊揉,大概揉8分钟,揉至面团光滑,切面没大气孔即可。如果面团有点粘手,可以在案板上洒点面粉。将面团擀成长方形,四个角擀开,翻面再擀擀,尽量弄成长方形吧
  • 6.将豆沙馅抹在面皮上面
  • 7.然后卷起来
  • 8.切成7份
  • 9.放在油纸上,放进蒸锅里
  • 10.在温暖处饧20分钟,天气热的时候室温放就可以了,室温低的话,我一般放在有热水的蒸锅里。可以看出明显大了一些
  • 11.冷水上锅蒸,大火烧开后转中小火蒸9分钟,蒸好后关火,继续焖3分钟再揭锅盖
