Steps to make 石锅拌饭

  • 1.提前把米饭焖上,然后准备好想搭配的青菜,我加了菠菜、胡萝卜丝、香菇、豆芽
  • 2.把上述配菜一一焯熟。焯好的菠菜过凉水切段、香菇切片,其余的控干水,一起码放在盘里备用
  • 3.我又准备了点萝卜条咸菜,这个很提味,也很下饭
  • 4.平底不粘锅不加油,打入一个鸡蛋,底面煎熟保持溏心状即可
  • 5.石锅洗净烧干,底部及锅壁刷上一层香油
  • 6.取电饭煲刚刚焖好的米饭适量,放入石锅里
  • 7.依次摆放上各种配菜
  • 8.上面放一个溏心荷包蛋,把石锅放到火上加热
  • 9.当听到锅里“滋滋”声不时传出时,把石锅取下,放在隔热托盘里。加1大匙韩国辣酱
  • 10.成品
  • 11.拌好的样子。我的胃不太好,所以用的米饭稍微有些软。用硬一点的米饭看着更有食欲。喜欢吃辣的,可以多放辣酱。
