羊排煎了味道自然是香,可是煮过的汤浪费,还有些羊排无骨头尽是肉肉,煎了也无口感,所以先把羊排用煲粥功能煮一遍,熟而不烂,可以调些品相好的有排骨的香煎一下,剩下的肉肉或带骨但是品相一般的加冬瓜继续用一遍煲粥功能,味道鲜美营养丰富的羊汤就出锅了,而且两个菜就是一个菜的时间,压力煲实在是好帮手呢,加上东西,不用管,尽情放着就是,太乖了。

  • 1.羊排剁成小块清水冲洗干净。

  • 5.启动煲粥功能。
  • 6.冬瓜切块。
  • 7.煲粥结束后,捞出部分好的羊排。加入冬瓜。
