  • 1.准备食材备用,鲈鱼,大葱,姜,红椒。
  • 2.鲈鱼洗干净,在背部划两刀。
  • 3.两面撒上适量的盐,抹均匀。
  • 4.淋入适量的料酒,腌制30分钟。
  • 5.鱼盘底部铺上姜片和葱段。
  • 6.鱼腌制好后,把鱼放在盘子上,鱼背上塞姜片。
  • 7.水开上锅蒸8分钟。
  • 8.鱼蒸好后,倒掉蒸鱼的蒸汽水,把姜片拿掉。
  • 9.蒸鱼的时候切点葱丝,红椒丝。
  • 10.再把葱丝和红椒丝摆在鱼身上。
  • 11.用热油泼几下。
  • 12.淋入蒸鱼豉油即可。
