香滑焦糖布丁

  • 牛奶500g
  • 80g
  • 白糖130g

Steps to make 香滑焦糖布丁

  • 1.鸡蛋打入盆中。
  • 2.牛奶小火略加热,加入50g白糖,糖融化即可。
  • 3.将鸡蛋手动/电动打散
  • 4.牛奶彻底放凉后倒入鸡蛋液中。
  • 5.搅打均匀。
  • 6.水和剩下80g白糖加入小锅中。小火熬煮。
  • 7.变成焦糖色时停火。立刻倒入布丁杯中。
  • 8.放入冰箱,使其变硬。
  • 9.鸡蛋液倒入布丁杯
  • 10.烤箱预热。烤盘倒满水。160度上下火。中下层烤35分钟。因为我的杯子大,所以我又换到中层烤了十分钟、
  • 11.烤好的布丁放入冰箱。冷藏四小时脱模。我是干脆冷藏了一晚上,第二天早上吃的。也不错~模内的剩余焦糖隔开水融化,浇上表面。
  • 12.当当当挡~ 美味焦糖布丁完成~
