Steps to make 白斩鸡

  • 1.整鸡处理干净,去掉内脏,头尾和鸡脚,对半切开
  • 2.准备好姜片和葱
  • 3.把鸡和姜葱放入自动烹饪锅内,加入盖过鸡的清水,盖好启动白斩鸡键,完成时锅会发出鸣叫,显示“OK”
  • 4.把鸡取出泡入提前备好的冰水中
  • 5.这时准备蘸汁,把沙姜磨成蓉
  • 6.加入适量盐和少许白糖
  • 7.自动锅清洗干净,加入适量食用油,开启后旋转把手处的火力调节轮,中火把油加热至沸腾
  • 8.把油缓缓的淋入姜蓉碗内,用筷子搅匀
  • 9.再加入少许芝麻油搅匀即成蘸汁
  • 10.把鸡取出,沥掉水,在表面抹上一层芝麻油防止水份流失
  • 11.最后斩块摆盘,食用时搭配做好的蘸汁即可
