淡奶油小面包
这应该是这两年来第五次失败的面包了,
因为自己基本不吃甜食,所以从来没考虑过买面包机.
每次看到别人手工做面包揉出了手套膜都羡慕得不得了,就又手痒忍不住尝试,
但我每次结果都是不但没见着那传说中的手套膜,就连那粗膜也没见着过。但还都是按着方子操作的。
看来我这手气也是问题,这次又揉得手都红了,在此说再也不要尝试那些需要出手套膜的面包啦,真心伤不起!
但实际这面包做出来虽然没有拉丝感觉,但不至于下不了口呀,小朋友很给力吃了两个。

  • 高筋面粉100g
  • 无盐黄油10g
  • 淡奶油15g
  • 酵母1g
  • 黑芝麻少量
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶15g
  • 白砂糖12g

Steps to make 淡奶油小面包

  • 1.所有食材
  • 2.所有材料混合(黄油除外),慢慢揉成光滑的面团
  • 3.加入黄油继续揉十来分钟
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜发酵至两倍大
  • 5.分成五等份,再揉出气泡,整成圆形
  • 6.放烤盘上继续发酵二十分钟左右,再涂上一层蛋液,撒上黑芝麻
  • 7.烤箱预热,上下火170度烤二十分钟(我在上层盖了锡纸)
