    Steps to make 螃蟹粥

    • 1.准备好原材料;
    • 2. 将糯米和梗米混合,洗净,加入适量的水, 开大火煮开, 再转为小火慢煮,

    • 4. 接开螃蟹后壳的盖;
    • 5. 再从螃蟹中间剁开,去除螃蟹上的杂质, 再将蟹黄取出来;

    • 7. 当粥熬煮到八成熟时加入姜片;
    • 8. 再倒入出处理好的螃蟹, 加盖再小火慢煮五分钟;
    • 9. 煮好后加入盐和胡椒粉调味,最后倒入小葱末搅拌均匀;
