枣泥麦胚面包
自己用红枣做的枣泥,本来想做点心的,但天热懒得弄,一直放冰箱冷冻,想着做面包简单,自己不受太多热,于是就做了这款枣泥面包。

  • 鸡蛋1个

  • 10g
  • 2g
  • 酵母粉4g
  • 黄油40g

Steps to make 枣泥麦胚面包

  • 1.枣泥馅提前拿出来解冻备用
  • 2.把主料中所有材料放面包机和成面团
  • 3.一个和面程序后加入软化的黄油,然后再用一个和面程序,把面团揉至扩展阶段
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜发酵至两倍大小。
  • 5.排气分剂,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 6.取一个面剂,擀成长方形的片,放入些小麦胚芽,然后放上枣泥馅。我做的枣泥不是太稠,所以加了点小麦胚芽,这样可以让胚芽吸收部分枣泥的水分。也可以不加胚芽
  • 7.先把两边对折包住
  • 8.再把漏着的两头对折到中间
  • 9.表面刷蛋液然后沾满小麦胚芽
  • 10.全部做好放入烤盘,
  • 11.保湿发酵至两倍大小后表面割口
  • 12.烤箱180度预热5分钟,烤15分钟即可
  • 13.切开可以看到里面的枣泥,很香甜的
