  • 1.准备好食材,猴头菇泡好后撕成小朵。
  • 2.猴头菇提前浸泡好,这是我泡了一夜的,反复投水几次,每次都攥一下,去掉苦涩味。
  • 3.粳米提前浸泡半个小时,将粳米和猴头菇一起下入开水锅中,用勺子轻轻推底部,大火烧开后转小火炖煮半个小时。
  • 4.猪肉切细丝,加少许精盐、蚝油、一品鲜酱油用手抓拌均匀,再加适量淀粉抓拌均匀。
  • 5.煮半个小时后粥已经熟了,变得浓稠,下入瘦肉丝,用筷子轻轻搅散。
  • 6.开始调味:加少许精盐、胡椒粉搅拌均匀,再煮五分钟既可出锅。
  • 7.肉香嫩,粥顺滑,养胃佳品。
