红焖羊肉

  • 土豆200g
  • 胡萝卜150g
  • 花椒粒少许
  • 花生油25g
  • 炖肉料包1包
  • 老抽生抽各1匙
  • 白糖1匙
  • 2匙

Steps to make 红焖羊肉

  • 1.羊肉用清水泡出血水。
  • 2.把羊肉凉水入锅,煮开焯一遍。焯肉的同时也烧些水用于炖肉。
  • 3.羊肉捞出用热水冲去血沫,葱姜切片。
  • 4.炒锅放油烧热,放入花椒粒,姜片爆香。
  • 5.放入羊肉,老抽,生抽,白糖翻炒后放入葱。
  • 6.放入适量热水烧开。
  • 7.中火炖煮30分钟左右,羊肉用筷子一戳就透时放入胡萝卜,土豆块,盐再煮10分钟左右。
  • 8.最后大火收汁即可。
  • 9.成品图。
