Steps to make 汤圆新吃法——干吃汤圆

  • 1.准备黄豆粉。(泽瑞妈买的现成黄豆粉,买不到也可以干黄豆用料理机磨一些黄豆粉粉)
  • 2.黄豆粉放入无水无油的锅中,小火炒制。
  • 3.炒黄豆面的时候一定要全程小火,炒制过程中不要停手,要不停的翻炒,直至黄豆面炒至深黄色,有豆香味。这样炒出来的黄豆面才会均匀,只有豆香,没有豆腥味。
  • 4.今天准备的是黑芝麻速冻汤圆。可以用任何自己喜欢的馅料汤圆哈。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量清水,水热后放入速冻汤圆,煮熟捞出。
  • 6.煮熟的汤圆捞起,放入冷水中过一下。(过一下凉水会让汤圆表皮会更Q弹)
  • 7.过了水的汤圆捞出,控干水份,放入炒熟的黄豆粉中滚一圈,均匀的沾上一层黄豆粉就可以啦。
  • 8.吃腻了煮汤圆,不妨试试这款干吃汤圆。
