凉拌白萝卜干

Steps to make 凉拌白萝卜干

  • 1.半个白萝卜洗净,去掉外皮上的脏的部分;
  • 2.切成四瓣;
  • 3.切成0.5-1公分的薄片;
  • 4.撒一克盐在萝卜片里,用手拌匀;
  • 5.大约20分钟把杀出的水分倒掉;
  • 6.放入2克白糖;
  • 7.用手抓拌均匀;
  • 8.大约20分钟后,再次把杀出的水分倒掉;
  • 9.把萝卜片平铺在烤盘上;
  • 10.放入烤箱中,100度低温烘烤一个小时;
  • 11.烘烤后的萝卜片,在有暖气的房间放置一天后,就变得干缩了;
  • 12.准备2个泡红椒,半个青椒;
  • 13.全部切成碎丁,收入调料碗里,放入二汤匙生抽,一点胡椒粉,2克白糖,少许香油,调匀;
  • 14.把调好的料汁倒入白萝卜片里,拌匀就可以开吃。
