冒雨收到了长帝空气烤箱CRWE42NE,外包装丝毫没淋湿,快递非常快捷。打开沉甸甸的箱子,虽然做好了准备,还是被他简约大方的外形惊艳到了。42升的烤箱容积非常适合家庭烘焙,它可以链接网络操控,不仅方便,里面还有海量食谱,小白再也不用到处翻食谱了。安装好烤架后我发现这台烤箱的接渣盘竟然之直接从外部拉出来清洁的,这个设计真的很方便,拿出来也不怕刮着发热管。两段的转钮非常顺滑,温度可以精确到1,对于一些高要求的烘焙来说实在是福音。9个烘烤模式,任君选择。
空气烤烤箱主打就是空气烤功能,这个功能类似于风炉,烤箱内置的风机让热空气流通在食物周围,上色更均匀,更节省时间。我用了空气烤功能烤了马卡龙,手指泡芙和酥饼,除了马卡龙用时比平时稍多3分钟外,其他的都比平时快捷很多,三个作品上色都极其均匀,我非常满意。烤箱材质让清洁非常简单,烤完减温后用湿布擦一边即可,烤箱门也是可拆卸的,不用担心门被油溅到不好清洁哦。。

  • 玉米淀粉15克

Steps to make 酥皮手指泡芙

  • 1.酥皮材料的黄油切小块放入低筋粉内,用手快速搓匀
  • 2.揉成团
  • 3.放入保鲜袋内,擀面杖擀成薄片放入冰箱冷冻
  • 4.现在制作泡芙体:低筋粉先过筛
  • 5. 黄油和牛奶,细砂糖和盐混合煮沸
  • 6.倒入低粉迅速拌匀
  • 7.再放回炉上小火,边翻匀至底部出现一层膜即可
  • 8.倒入干净的容器稍稍冷却
  • 9.蛋液分5次加入,每次都拌匀
  • 10.出现光滑的倒三角状态即可
  • 11.装入裱花袋内在模具上挤出手指大小的长条
  • 12.取出冰箱的酥皮切小条覆盖上面糊
  • 13. 长帝空气烤烤箱转空气烤功能180度预热10分钟后即可放泡芙胚入烤箱中层烤33分钟即可出炉
  • 14.出炉后放凉
  • 15.现在制作内陷,淡奶油加入糖粉,淀粉混匀
  • 16.把香草荚的香草籽刨出放入液体内,加入蛋黄混合均匀
  • 17.小火慢煮,边煮边搅动至浓稠即可放出凉至手温,加入黄油拌匀即可使用
  • 18.成品图,很美的空洞
