火龙果酱
火果龙是儿子最喜欢吃的水果。上周末逛超市买了2个火龙果,不巧的是天气骤冷,儿子感冒咳嗽,不适合吃这种多汁冰凉的水果,就这样放了几天没人吃,我只好做成果酱了。这是我第一次用火龙果做果酱,口感还挺不错的!

  • 老冰糖1块
  • 柠檬汁1匙

Steps to make 火龙果酱

  • 1.准备火龙果2个
  • 2.用水果刀在火龙果皮上轻轻划四刀,将皮剥下
  • 3.火龙果肉切丁,加入白糖拌匀,腌制3小时
  • 4.用糖腌过的火龙果肉会析出很多果汁
  • 5.将腌好的火龙果肉连同析出的汁液一起倒入锅中,再加入柠檬汁,老冰糖,中火煮开,再关小火慢慢煮,并且要不停地搅拌以防糊锅。
  • 6.待汁液变少成黏稠状,装入消过毒的无水无油的密封瓶中,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏。(果酱上了一点糖色,估计是加了老冰糖的原故)
