这款蛋糕片我是用大麦粉调色做了波点,用了三个蛋,薄薄地铺了一层在烤盘中,像一块块的软饼干,很随心很好吃,孩子也很喜欢。

Steps to make 波点蛋糕片

  • 1.蛋黄蛋白分离。蛋黄加入牛奶和糖10g。
  • 2.搅拌均匀后筛入面粉。
  • 3.再次搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白打到粗泡,加入几滴柠檬汁好20g糖,搅打到湿性蛋白霜。
  • 5.取三分之一蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀。在取三分之一蛋白霜同样切半。
  • 6.拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜中。快速翻拌均匀。
  • 7.取2汤勺拌好的蛋糊,放入一勺大麦粉。拌匀。放入裱花袋。
  • 8.在铺好油纸的烤盘上挤出波点。入烤箱烘烤4分钟取出。
  • 9.在倒入拌好的蛋糊,震出大气泡。
  • 10.放入烤箱,170度,20分钟。
  • 11.取出切块即可。
