  • 1. Clean the creamy cabbage and set aside.
  • 2. Cut the creamy cabbage into inch lengths.
  • 3. Cut scallions into horseshoe slices, and shred ginger for later use.
  • 4. Heat up the wok and add scallions and ginger until fragrant.
  • 5. Add cream cabbage and stir fry.
