    Steps to make 干锅羊肉

    • 1.羊肉飞水备用。
    • 2.胡萝卜去皮洗净滚刀切块。
    • 3.备好干椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、陈皮、冰糖。
    • 4.大葱斜切段,姜切片。
    • 5.锅里放油小火将冰糖炒出糖色。
    • 6.放入羊肉,调入料酒,老抽翻炒上色。
    • 7.放入姜、干辣椒及香料炒出香味。
    • 8.放入一匙豆瓣酱炒出红油。
    • 9.加入没过羊肉的水烧开。
    • 10.沙锅底下放入胡萝卜。
    • 11.将烧开的羊肉转入沙锅内,调自动档炖90分钟左右至羊肉熟烂。
    • 12.最后将炖好的羊肉再转入锅里,调入盐,鸡粉,加入大葱翻炒均匀转入干锅内即可跟炉上桌。
