麻辣鱼片
之前做过一次蒜香鱼片,蛮好吃的,清爽鲜嫩,一点也不油腻。现在有味达美的海鲜冷泡汁,想试试冷泡味道如何。发现这样做太好吃了,有一点麻一点辣,但是味道不冲,而且一点也不腻,麻辣鲜香,最重要的是,太省事了,不用自己费心调酱汁,一下就搞定,厨房小白也能轻松上手。

  • 金针菇1把
  • 小米椒3个
  • 香菜2根
  • 1小块
  • 土豆淀粉1茶匙
  • 味达美海鲜冷泡汁1袋
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 酒酿1汤匙
  • 1汤匙

Steps to make 麻辣鱼片

  • 1.主要食材合集。
  • 2.鱼片冲洗一下,滤干水,加盐。
  • 3.加酒酿。
  • 4.加姜丝,拌匀,腌10分钟。
  • 5.加入土豆淀粉再拌匀。再加1汤匙油拌匀(忘了拍)。
  • 6.金针菇洗好切去根部,香菜切段,小米椒切圈。
  • 7.烧一锅水,先将金针菇焯水一分钟,然后捞起。
  • 8.接着将鱼片下锅烫一分钟,变色就捞起。
  • 9.海鲜冷泡汁兑上3倍左右的凉白开,搅匀。
  • 10.倒入鱼片和金针菇碗里,浸泡半小时左右。如果室温高,可以包上保鲜膜冰箱冷藏。
  • 11.最后用黄瓜切片摆盘,将金针菇和鱼片码好在盘子中,加上香菜和小米椒点缀。
