鸡蛋壳布丁
在美食俱乐部闲逛经常可以看到这样子的鸡蛋布丁,我就坐不住了,一定要自己动手试试,外面15块4个吧,自己做成本很低,一个鸡蛋加半包牛奶就可以做四、五个了,两块多钱吧!至于多出来的鸡蛋就用来烧菜了!

  • 鸡蛋液2个
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 鸡蛋壳7个
  • 香草精少许

Steps to make 鸡蛋壳布丁

  • 1.取一个鸡蛋先用筷子或小剪刀捣一个小洞,把里面鸡蛋液倒出
  • 2.再小心的用小剪刀一圈圈一点点的把口剪大点
  • 3.都剪好用清水冲洗下里面,再擦干外面,用锡纸包起来底部整平让鸡蛋能立起来
  • 4.牛奶加热倒入细砂糖拌匀至细砂糖溶化
  • 5.加入淡奶油拌均匀
  • 6.再加入香草精拌匀
  • 7.调好的奶油汁倒入打散的鸡蛋里一起拌均匀
  • 8.做好的布丁汁用筛子过滤下
  • 9.包了锡纸的蛋壳放深点的烤盘或模具里,倒入布丁汁八九分满
  • 10.再在模具(烤盘)里倒入冷水隔水烤
  • 11.放入烤箱,上下火180度烤35分钟左右(时间仅供参考)至晃动模具,鸡蛋里的布丁不会大幅度晃动即可
  • 12.完成喽
