荸荠又叫马蹄。其营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、尼克酸、维生素C、铁、钙和淀粉、荸荠英等成分。中国医学认为,荸荠味甘,性寒,有清热凉肝、生津止渴、补中益气等功效。《本草纲目》说荸荠:“清渴?热,补中益气。”《本草再新》说荸荠:“清热降火,补肺凉肝,消食化痰,破积滞,利脓血。”《食疗本草》记有“清风毒、除胸中实热气,可作粮食,明耳止渴,消黄疸”的作用。木耳滋补强壮,和血养荣。木耳、荸荠两物合用具有。清热化痰、滋阴生津、养荣、明耳目的功效。女性常食可润肤、明目、延缓衰老。

  • 1.准备所有材料
  • 2.将马蹄、胡萝卜切丁备用。
  • 3.瘦肉剁成肉沫。肉末加少量盐巴、2滴味极鲜酱油、地瓜粉适量抓均匀。
  • 4.平底锅放少量植物油爆香葱头、加高汤
  • 5.高汤烧开后倒入马蹄丁和胡萝卜丁。
  • 6.马蹄丁胡萝卜丁烧开后,放入肉球。
  • 7.等肉球也烧开后,可以马上关火,加盐巴味精调料,撒葱花即可。
