  • 1.备好食材:鲜虾
  • 2.里脊肉,芹菜
  • 3.茼蒿
  • 4.鲜虾去头,洗净

  • 7.芹菜切成末
  • 8.大米
  • 9.淘米后,再加入清水浸泡15分钟
  • 10.大火将粥煲至沸滚,转文火继续煲
  • 11.隔期用勺子搅拌,约二十分钟后,可见到粥变为稠厚
  • 12.转为大火,这时将虾,瘦肉倒入
  • 13.加入盐,鱼露
  • 14.再加点植物油,更滑口
  • 15.接着加入茼蒿、芹菜
  • 16.拌匀,关火即可
