榴莲千层蛋糕8寸

Steps to make 榴莲千层蛋糕8寸

  • 1.将面粉,60克细砂糖,玉米淀粉,牛奶,鸡蛋全部放在盆里,用打蛋器轻轻搅拌均匀,将融化成液体的黄油倒在搅拌好的面糊里,继续用打蛋器搅拌均匀,面糊过筛备用。
  • 2.平底锅热锅,关小火,这一步是蛋皮外形做好的关键哦!舀一勺面糊放入锅中,手持锅把手,迅速将面糊摇晃均匀、平铺在锅内,力度一定要掌握好后放在炉上观察(刚开始火不要太大,避免糊边,随着熟练程度不断提升,可自己根据情况调火)当蛋皮凝固后,下方开始鼓起一片小泡这时将锅拿起来侧立用刮刀或小勺子将蛋皮的边缘一侧起开一点,之后借着重力反扣锅,皮就会顺势而下,然后将皮放在你想放的地方便可, 落下来的蛋皮用手铺平整(我都是隔一张蛋皮放一张烤纸,这样蛋皮不容易沾,可以减少蛋皮的损耗)。蛋皮全部摊好放冰箱冷藏。
  • 3.奶油加入剩下的100克细砂糖,打发至提起有小尖角备用。榴莲去核用勺子捣成泥备用。
  • 4.取一张蛋皮均匀抹上榴莲泥
  • 5.盖上第二张蛋皮再抹上一层奶油。
  • 6.依次类推,一层榴莲一层奶油放完全部蛋皮。这样榴莲千层蛋糕即做好了。为了更美观我装饰了下。
  • 7.在最后一层蛋皮上抹上奶油,撒上碎桃仁,放上切好的芒果。
  • 8.边缘用奶油划上花纹
  • 9.巧克力威化饼干掰成薄片贴在蛋糕边上依次围成圈。大功告成!
