芝士焗番茄蛋

Steps to make 芝士焗番茄蛋

  • 1.准备好食材,番茄3只、鸡蛋2枚、黑胡椒碎适量、百吉福芝士三片、葱碎适量、盐0.5g、橄榄油适量。(可以加火腿在蛋里)
  • 2.烤箱预热上下火200度
  • 3.番茄切去顶部,用小勺挖掉果肉留下一只番茄杯。
  • 4.番茄杯表面刷一层薄薄的橄榄油。码入铺好锡箔纸的烤盘内。
  • 5.两枚鸡蛋加盐0.5g
  • 6.加橄榄油少许搅拌均匀,成为蛋液。(火腿可以这期间加入)
  • 7.将蛋液分别倒入番茄杯内,到入8分满即可。
  • 8.即可送入烤箱进行烘焙
  • 9.烘焙,上下火200度烘烤15分钟。
  • 10.烤制中的番茄杯~
  • 11.芝士切碎与葱碎一起。取出烘焙15分钟的番茄蛋,表面撒上芝士碎、葱碎
  • 12.送入烤箱上下火200度烤5分钟。快熟了哦~
