Steps to make 红烧划水

  • 1.平行脊柱方向,在宽度四分之三的地方分别竖直切两刀,深度到达总深度的三分之二即可
  • 2.把刀侧过来,横着把鱼肉劈开,剩一点鱼皮连着;
  • 3.中间那部分用刀沿着脊柱上面一点横着劈开,掀开放到旁边;
  • 4.锅里面放少量的油,为了防止粘锅加入一点点盐;
  • 5.小心的放进去处理好的鱼尾巴小火煎制
  • 6.盛出鱼肉,剩下一点油在底下,加入切成段的葱姜爆香
  • 7.加入食盐、酱油、料酒调和味道
  • 8.最后放入之前煎制好的鱼尾巴,大火烧开然后收汁即可~
