这是汤圆的新吃法,还是刚才那锅自制黑芝麻汤圆,煮好之后放在椰蓉里滚一滚,华丽丽的变身了,椰香四溢,美味无比。这样一来更像是一款甜点了,是不是有点糯米糍,雪莓娘或者大福的意思,直接用手拿着吃,不用筷子更方便,也不怕凉了粘一起,不错不错,吃起来~

    Steps to make 椰蓉汤圆

    • 1.锅中加适量的清水煮沸后,下入自制的汤圆煮几分钟至熟透。(汤圆可以是买现成的,也可以是自制的,如果需要了解汤圆的做法,可以看下我的上一篇菜谱)
    • 2.将煮熟的汤圆放进椰蓉里滚一下。
    • 3.这就可以吃啦。
