  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.先把黑米,薏仁,高粱米,麦仁,洗净,放入高压锅中,加入适量水;
  • 3.水烧开后,用冷水激一下;
  • 4.下入洗净的花生,大米,糯米,黑白芝麻,加够足量水,搅匀;
  • 5.盖好锅盖,中火上汽后转小火20分钟关火;
  • 6.消气后打开锅盖后搅匀;(放入适量冰糖至融化,也可以不放)
  • 7.即可盛出享用了,配上一盘肉丁酸豆角,很美味的一顿早餐。
