Steps to make 财源滚滚:泡椒凤爪

  • 1.材料:鸡爪、泡椒、辅料:胡萝卜、莴笋、芹菜、黄瓜、黄红彩椒、熟鹌鹑蛋调味:白醋、盐、姜片、花椒、少许白糖。
  • 2.鸡爪洗净去指甲,浸泡1小时。
  • 3.所有辅料洗净切均匀的条、鹌鹑蛋去皮备用。
  • 4.锅置火上加入少许盐烧沸,下入胡萝卜、芹菜条焯烫。
  • 5.同上法将黄瓜、莴笋条焯烫。
  • 6.将红黄彩椒条进行焯烫,捞出全部沥干水分。
  • 7.鸡爪斩断切开。(为了更好入味,爪步都切开)。
  • 8.锅中水烧开,加葱段、姜片、料酒,放入鸡爪煮至断生。(时间不宜过长5-8分钟即可)
  • 9.捞出鸡爪放入流动水下冲洗半小时。(有效去除油脂、淤血)。
  • 10.容器中倒入开水放入花椒和姜片先泡一会儿。
  • 11.倒入泡椒、泡椒水、适量盐、白醋、姜片混合均匀。
  • 12.放入冲淋好的鸡爪。
  • 13.最后加入蔬菜条、鹌鹑蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 14.密封起来,放入冰箱冷藏室12小时即可食用。
