    Steps to make 干豇豆芋儿烧排骨

    • 1.排骨洗净切段,用盐和料酒腌制三十分钟左右。
    • 2.干豇豆提前两小时用温水泡软。
    • 3.芋儿去皮切滚刀。
    • 4.姜,蒜切小块。
    • 5.热锅热油下豆瓣酱和姜,蒜翻炒出红油。
    • 6.下干辣椒,青花椒,小茴香,香叶,大料翻炒出香味。
    • 7.下排骨翻炒至上色。
    • 8.加两勺白糖翻炒均匀。
    • 9.加少许卤水汁翻炒均匀。
    • 10.将排骨和汤料转入砂锅中,加开水没过排骨,大火烧开,再小火焖烧三十分钟左右。
    • 11.下芋儿焖烧二十分钟左右。
    • 12.再下干豇豆焖烧十分钟左右,关火加盐和鸡精调味。
