  • 生抽10g
  • 白糖2g
  • 鸡精1g
  • 干辣椒几个

  • 1.采的小鸡枞花洗净。
  • 2.沥干水分备用。
  • 3.葱切丝,蒜切末,花椒八角备好。
  • 4.取腰果切碎。
  • 5.干辣椒切段。
  • 6.取白芝麻备好。
  • 7.热锅冷油。
  • 8.油热放花椒等爆香。
  • 9.放鸡枞花。
  • 10.翻拌的时候放食盐。
  • 11.拌匀中大火开始熬菌油。
  • 12.熬10分钟的时候放生抽。
  • 13.继续熬。
  • 14.大约15分钟的时候,水分已经很少了,放腰果。
  • 15.拌匀继续熬几分钟放白糖。
  • 16.放鸡精。
  • 17.继续熬至菌柄开始发黄啦。
  • 18.放辣椒,继续熬几分钟。
  • 19.关火。
  • 20.放熟芝麻。
  • 21.拌匀即可。
  • 22.看看,诱人不?!
  • 23.放凉,装起来即可。
