  • 生抽两汤匙
  • 料酒两汤匙
  • 白糖半茶匙

Steps to make 五香黄花鱼

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.黄花鱼收拾干净,身上切两刀。芦笋去掉老根,切断。姜切丝,八角掰碎。蒜切片。
  • 3.黄花鱼用盐一茶匙,五香粉一茶匙腌至少10分钟。
  • 4.沾一层面粉或者淀粉,入油锅炸到酥脆。
  • 5.好的黄花鱼,不能只定形,一定要炸到金黄酥脆,才有很香的味道。
  • 6.锅里的油全部倒掉,把姜蒜八角,五香粉半茶匙炒出香味。
  • 7.放入料酒,生抽,白糖,半碗水煮开。
  • 8.炸好的黄鱼放入,大火煮开,小火煮十分钟。
  • 9.大火收汁,但是不要收净,清爽的那种,留些汤汁。拌饭很美味。
