  • 1.食材备好
  • 2.买的桔子难免有些不干净,所以就要用热水和盐来清洗干净防止剥皮时粘上不干净的
  • 3.剥好桔子待用,剥好的桔瓣大越是1000克。桔子皮晒干就是陈皮,留着炖肉了
  • 4.冰糖放入砂锅
  • 5.倒入多半锅水
  • 6.烧开煮至冰糖融化
  • 7.放入桔瓣煮开
  • 8.开锅小火煮5分钟
  • 9.出锅前 挤点柠檬汁抑制腐败
  • 10.离火后趁热罐装进干净无油无水的玻璃瓶里并拧好瓶盖(形成真空)
  • 11.做好的罐头放置半个月才好吃哦!
