做虾滑剥下来的虾头和虾壳咱们也不要浪费,可以小火慢炸做成虾油。虾油颜色红亮、味道鲜香,做素菜或炒饭的时候放点很提味呢

    Steps to make 炸虾油

    • 1.剥下的虾壳和虾头沥干水份。
    • 2.锅中加入适量油,烧至微热后倒入虾头和虾壳。
    • 3.边炸边用勺子按压,滗出虾膏。
    • 4.小火慢炸至油变红,虾壳变酥。
    • 5.取一容器,放入几粒花椒。
    • 6.趁热倒入炸好的虾油,用余热把花椒炸香。晾凉后捞出。
    • 7.炸好的虾头和虾壳放凉后非常酥脆,可以撒点椒盐和孜然粉,味道很不错。
    • 8.晾凉后的虾油装入瓶子中保存即可。时间越长,颜色越红亮。
