香酥榛仁饼干

低筋面粉80g,高筋面粉20g,黄油100g,糖粉50g,榛子粉50g,盐1小撮

Steps to make 香酥榛仁饼干

  • 1.将低粉和高粉一起筛入盆中
  • 2.然后加入榛子粉、糖粉和盐
  • 3.混合均匀,备用
  • 4.黄油在室温下软化后用手动打蛋器搅打均匀,稍泛白即可,不必打发
  • 5.将混匀的粉类倒入黄油中
  • 6.用刮刀拌匀
  • 7.称取10g面团
  • 8.搓成圆球摆放入烤盘中
  • 9.然后用手指压扁
  • 10.送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度约15分钟
  • 11.出炉晾凉密封保存即可
