    • 4.炒锅洗净,放油,炒香腊肉。
    • 5.加入葱蒜,略加水,焖2分钟, 随后加入切好的青红椒炒出香味来。
    • 6.倒入炒过的杏鲍菇,翻炒均匀,最后加入耗油、少许盐调味即可。
