Steps to make 椒盐虾仁

  • 1.大虾洗净沥干水分。
  • 2.锅中加入清水大火烧开。
  • 3.放入大虾烫至变色。
  • 4.晾凉后剥去虾壳备用。
  • 5.蒜头切碎,干红辣椒切小段。
  • 6.锅中加入适量油,大火烧热,放入蒜蓉,辣椒段和花椒煸出香味。
  • 7.倒入虾仁煸炒。
  • 8.炒至水分收干时调入盐和鸡精。
  • 9.继续煸炒至虾仁两面微焦,调入椒盐粉翻炒均匀即可关火。
  • 10.上桌快快享用吧。
