  • 1.金鲳鱼是海鱼,买回后洗净收拾干净鱼肚。
  • 2.两面切两刀,但别切断。
  • 3.放入姜葱,少许料酒腌制半小时。
  • 4.再切点姜葱丝。
  • 5.腌制后的鱼沥干水分再次铺上葱姜丝。
  • 6.放入蒸锅,中火蒸十五分钟。
  • 7.蒸好后倒掉多余水分。
  • 8.浇上一勺滚烫的热油。
  • 9.倒入蒸鱼豉油,就可以上桌了。
  • 10.清蒸金鲳鱼。
