小葱鸡蛋煎饼
鸡蛋饼是很省时的美食,适合早上时间紧的时候做早餐用。一点面几个鸡蛋适当的水和盐那么一搅和,在锅里一煎就好。配上一碗粥和一点小咸菜,很简单的食材就可以搭配出一顿丰盛的早餐。鸡蛋饼可以单独摊好加上喜欢的食材卷起来吃,也可以将食材加到面糊里一起摊成饼。想吃味道浓些的就多放一个鸡蛋,想吃暄软些的就少放点面,没有啥特殊规定非常随意。

Steps to make 小葱鸡蛋煎饼

  • 1.鸡蛋4个 面粉250克 盐6克 水260ml左右
  • 2.在放了面粉的容器里打上鸡蛋,放上盐
  • 3.分次加入清水搅匀,搅拌的过程中有些没有溶解的小颗粒可以静置几分钟再搅,直到搅拌均匀无颗粒的状况面糊的稠度基本上在加了260ml清水以后就能达到所需的状态了,若想吃很软的还可以再加水。
  • 4.不粘锅不需抹油中小火加热舀一勺面糊倒入锅中
  • 5.立即端起锅子转圈,使面糊画圈流动摊薄沾满锅底不再流动放炉子上煎
  • 6.待面糊液完全凝固鼓泡后翻面
  • 7.煎制表面出现焦色小点即可出锅
  • 8.换个做法,再舀一勺面糊转圈摊圆
  • 9.将切好的小葱洒在还没凝固的蛋饼上面煎
  • 10.鼓泡后翻面好香的葱花味哦。
  • 11.取一张饼,抹上辣酱,放上几颗小香葱
  • 12.卷起来就可以吃了。
