Steps to make 豆豉孜然香辣酱

  • 1.豆豉放水浸泡20分钟后,上笼屉蒸15分钟。
  • 2.自制麻辣花生捣碎弄细待用。
  • 3.葱姜蒜剁碎。
  • 4.炒锅放油,慢火爆香郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 5.再放豆瓣酱、甜面酱慢慢炒制。
  • 6.把蒸好的豆豉放入。
  • 7.后放入葱姜蒜,肉脂渣,糖,最后放入孜然粉,炒一分钟后起锅。
  • 8.在容器里放入磨好的麻辣花生即可。
